Description: This webinar will discuss current research focused on adults with Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease. Specifically, the reasons behind the prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease in adults with Down syndrome. A longitudinal study will be shared that provides recent findings that has been tracking early cognitive declines and neurodegeneration in a sample of over 120 adults with Down syndrome.
